Guide: How to renew your membership or recharge your card
Before you are able to renew your membership or recharge your card, it must be registered.
- Go to, "Kundenkarte registrieren"
- You are now asked to enter your card number given on the back of your chip card. The first few letters of your number are sxxxxxxx.
- Please validate your card number.
- "Kartenhalter" means the card owner. Therefore, please enter the card owner's name. You are free to define the name yourself. This will help you to tell it apart from other cards.
- Then click on the button "speichern" and "Karte hinzufügen" in order to register your card in the webshop.
- You receive a confirmation notification (green bar on the top of the window). The card information is displayed with your card renewal.
In case you are not able to register your card, an error message on the top of the window occurs. Please check if you have correctly typed in the card number. Otherwise, please contact the operator via the contact form.
You have now the possibility to renew your membership or recharge your card.
